e-mail to confirm your reservation;

later then 48 hours you'll give a 30% deposit:

Otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled

A few days before your arrival you'll receive an e-mail with all the istructions on how to reach the B &B;
In case of cancelled reservation, after giving a deposit, money will be not refund

At your arrival you'll pay the total amount for cash to the B&B host.
Important! If you don't arrive whitin 10 a.m. of the day after the one expected the host can cancel the reservation and give hospitality to others guests



B&B FEATURES


Rooms and beds

Every room has a fixed number of beds: single bed, double bed, two beds, three beds (three single beds or 1 double plus 1 single).
However, in certain cases, it's possible to add one or two beds to permit a family to stay together (additional bed).

Breakfast

Usually in all the b&b a continental breakfast is served (coffee, thè, milk, orange juice, bread, butter and jam, biscuits and croissants), but it is possible to have some yoghourt and cornflakes on request.
In springtime and summertime breakfast can be served in the garden where available.

Prices

Prices can slightly change depending on:
•  High or low season
•  Number of guests
•  Length of stay
•  Kind of bathroom (private or not)
•  Kind of facilities

Prices include: overnight stay, breakfast, bed-linen change (once per week), towels change (every 3 days), room cleaning (twice per week) fuel and electric current expenses.
Further accessories (for axample bath sets) or further services (internet, shuttle to the airport) are not included, even if the host can decide to give them separately for free or for payment.
